As we have discussed several times before in this space, teen driving is a national problem. Allstate Insurance Company is running full page ads trying to raise the national consciousness level of this horrendous problem, one that is largely being ignored by the national media. Another 17-year-old was pronounced brain dead yesterday in South Carolina after suffering a traumatic brain injury in a wreck. Tyler Corley, of Irmo, SC, was not wearing a seat belt when he was ejected from his vehicle. We must do all we can to stop this carnage.
