It was a sad night for the friends and family of Franklin Foulks, of Chatsworth, NJ, when they learned he lost control of his 2001 Subaru, hit a pole, and died. Chatsworth is located in a rural section of South Jersey in the Pine Barrens. The incident was almost made worse when a drunk driver nearly hit the police officers who were investigating the crash. Fortunately, the officers escaped injury.
