In a tragic case, a 60 year woman was struck by a car driven by a 17 year old from Haddonfield, New Jersey. Doctors tried to save her, but she died several days later. The woman was a pedestrian in the Promenade Shopping Center in Marlton, New Jersey. She was crossing the parking lot in front of the L.L.Bean store when she was hit. Teenagers are notorious bad drivers because of their inexperience. Perhaps the time has come to make getting a driver’s license more difficult. There are nearly 50,000 auto deaths a year that should be avoided.
